Thank you. It has been an exciting journey and I'm looking forward to what lies ahead.
Tell us what your path to partner has looked like.
I joined Kalypso in 2008 after deciding to start a second career in consulting where I could help clients solve complex challenges and leverage 20 years of innovation and leadership experience. In the past year, I have been helping a leading CPG firm improve results from innovation by focusing on activities that deliver results today, while building a pipeline and capabilities for the long term. Really exciting and rewarding work!
What does being a Kalypso partner mean to you?
It means that I can have a truly rewarding career helping others be successful while I continue to grow professionally and personally.
What areas will you be focusing on in your new role?
I plan to focus on helping CPG firms with innovation transformation – improving in-market results from innovation with a holistic and measured approach to developing and integrating cross functional capabilities.
Where is the most interesting town/city you’ve been for a client project?
Downtown Sydney, Australia.
What is your favorite Kalypso value?
