I was born and raised in Seattle. I grew tired of the rain so I moved to San Diego for college where I studied biochemistry. I’m actually a total science nerd; I even went to space camp and technology camp as a kid. Now I am an MBA student living at the foothills of the Rockies in Salt Lake City. I love having the mountains in my backyard. On the weekends, you can typically find me skiing, camping or hiking depending on how much snow is out there. When there is a bit too much snow, I love doing yoga, hanging out with friends or baking. I am a nurturer, a constant thinker and an adventure seeker. Whether it’s Seattle, Salt Lake City or really anywhere, I love to explore and experience life for all it has to offer.
When and where were you happiest?
Hiking up the Dutch Hollow trails outside Park City with my dog, Milton.
List three of the things the you would grab if your home was on fire.
- My dog
- My old pictures
- My entire dresser (I really like my clothes)
What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail?
Write a great piece of music or climb Mt. Everest.
If you were to die and choose anything to come back as, what would it be?
The Space Needle. I love my hometown, Seattle, and I would have the best view everyday.
Who are your heroes in real life?
Honestly, my parents. They’ve shown me the importance of hard work and I am so thankful for that. I also really admire Jamie Oliver. The man can cook and he’s made it his goal to spread social responsibility.
