We need to change our paradigm about how we implement major capabilities like information systems, work process improvements or metrics. If it doesn’t delight our people, it’s not effective.

Just like we do with consumers, we need to spend time with our own people to understand how they do their work. They are the lynchpin that translates theories into action to deliver better results. We owe it to them to create their desired experience.
